What is Mediation?
Mediation is a process by which the parties to a dispute work together with a mediator to forge a solution to the dispute. Mediation is effective because the solution belongs to the parties involved. Mediation is more cost effective than a trial and gives the control to the parties involved while removing the uncertainty of court or jury decisions.
At Layton Mediations our philosophy is win/win. We strive to make sure all parties involved leave with a sense of satisfaction. Our goal is to help you resolve your conflicts in a civil and respectful manner. We believe civility and respect go a long way in forging an agreement based on the consensus of all parties involved.
